How can we help?
Disciplinary Guide
At Total Apex Media, we uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and accountability. To ensure consistent handling of violations, we implement a Three-Strike System for disciplinary actions. Below is a structured guide to address infractions effectively.
Three-Strike System
Strike 1: Written Warning
- The individual receives a formal written warning detailing the violation.
- The warning includes the specific rule(s) violated, the expected standard of conduct, and a corrective action plan.
- The individual must acknowledge receipt of the warning in writing.
- No immediate penalties, but further infractions will escalate consequences.
Strike 2: Suspension & Probation
- A second violation results in a temporary suspension (duration varies based on severity, typically 3-7 days).
- The individual is placed on probation for a set period (e.g., 30-60 days), during which any further violation will result in immediate termination.
- A performance improvement plan (PIP) may be required to address behavioral or performance issues.
Strike 3: Termination
- A third violation leads to immediate termination of the individual’s contract or employment.
- The decision is final, with documentation provided outlining the reasons for dismissal.
- If applicable, access to company platforms, accounts, and resources will be revoked.
Additional Considerations
- Severe Violations: Some infractions (e.g., harassment, fraud, gross misconduct) may warrant immediate termination without going through the three-strike process.
- Appeal Process: Individuals may submit a formal appeal within 7 days of a disciplinary action if they believe it was issued unfairly.
- Record Keeping: All disciplinary actions will be documented and retained in the individual’s file.
By enforcing this system, Total Apex Media ensures fairness, accountability, and a professional working environment for all team members.
