Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident enrolling in the Professional Writing & Journalism Certificate. Here’s how refunds and cancellations work.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with the Course, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, provided you have completed less than 25% of the Course. This gives you enough time to try the Course and decide if it’s right for you, while keeping the guarantee fair for everyone.

How to Request a Refund

Email totalapexsports@gmail.com with the email address you used to enroll and your order details. We’ll confirm your eligibility and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

After the 14-Day Window

Because the Course is a one-time purchase with lifetime access, we’re unable to offer refunds after the 14-day window has passed.

Certificate of Completion

Once you’ve been issued a Certificate of Completion, your purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.
