These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of totalapexuniversity.com and the Professional Writing & Journalism Certificate course (the “Course”), operated by Total Apex University, part of the Total Apex Media network. By enrolling in the Course or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

The Course

The Course is a self-paced training program covering grammar, journalism fundamentals, digital publishing, SEO, and the business of freelance writing. Enrollment is a single, one-time payment that grants lifetime access to the Course materials as they exist at the time of your purchase and as later updated.

Your Account

You agree to provide accurate information when enrolling and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

License to Use Course Materials

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Course materials for your own learning. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or publicly share Course content without our prior written permission.

Payment

The Course is offered for a one-time payment, processed securely through our third-party payment processor. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.

No Guarantee of Results

The Course is designed to teach practical writing, journalism, and freelance business skills. We do not guarantee employment, freelance income, publication, or any specific career outcome as a result of completing the Course. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, and circumstances.

Writer Opportunity With Total Apex Media

Graduates of the Course may submit writing samples to totalapexsports@gmail.com for consideration to write for sites in the Total Apex Media network. This is an opportunity for editorial review only — it is not a guarantee of acceptance, publication, or paid work, and submission does not create any employment or contractor relationship.

Intellectual Property

All Course content, including text, video, graphics, and the Total Apex University name and logo, is owned by Total Apex University/Total Apex Media and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to share your account credentials, attempt to access the Course without payment, or use the site in any way that disrupts its operation or violates applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Course if you violate these Terms.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Course and this site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Apex University/Total Apex Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Course or this site.

Governing Law
